I started working for GYO in September 2014 and assisted in the overall administrative function. Now, I take care of placement needs, look through potential housekeepers that match with clients’ homes, and follow-through by gathering valuable feedback from clients and ensure they are happy with the services they receive.

I am extremely happy with what I do because helping families find solutions to their housekeeping needs not only gives me a sense of fulfilment, but also brings me into a much more challenging position, which I like. It’s never mundane.

Ever since I joined GYO in 2014, I have handled account matters including but not limited to invoicing, payroll, management reporting & cash position monitoring. I also handle the pre-screening of applicants and assisting with any system issues and management concerns. The best things about working with GYO?
