Great news! You are now ready to join our team.

Key Information:

| 1. Complete the Post Induction Onboarding. You already created a login for this training site.

Why am I doing Post Induction Onboarding?

The Post Induction Onboarding covers important employment information, you;

  • Complete our Employee Information Form (i.e. bank details, superannuation, etc)
  • Tell us what Superannuation fund you want (you learn what Superannuation is too!)
  • Pick the type of employment you want (TFN or ABN)
  • Find out how to be assigned clients
  • Upload your ID and Visa documentation (if applicable)

You can’t be assigned clients without completing onboarding with us. 

How do I get paid?

You will cover this information in your PIO. Please keep in mind, we handle nearly 1000 hours of housekeeping each week. It is vital that you take control of your timesheet, once you are assigned clients. You are responsible for;

  1. Clocking in and out of shifts on the Zoho Shifts app
  2. Dropping a shift with notes in the app if you can’t make a session
  3. Communicating with us in the Zoho Shift app if you we need to change anything
  4. Confirm your weekly timesheet in the Zoho Shift app
  5. Apply for time off using the Zoho Shift app

We process pay every Tuesday. For most housekeepers, the funds will land in your account on that day. Some will arrive the following business day. We do not control how long it takes for payments to arrive in your account.

But, what if?

We’re here to help you, but it is important that you become familiar with our process to ensure you have a smooth start with clients.

What if…?

  • I don’t like my client because they are rude to me? Message us and we’ll endeavour to understand what is going on.
  • I damage something? Let us know and we will send you our incident reporting form.
  • I need to change my shift? Let your client know when you can move it to then let us know in the Shifts App.
  • I need to speak to my client for the first time? 
    1. Please call and introduce yourself in the next 24 hours. Send an immediate SMS if you don’t get through.  
    2. Arrange your first session date with the client.
    3. Remember, the first 30 minutes on that day will be the consultation. 
    4. Check someone will be home to let you in and show you around.
    5. Make sure you tell us your first session date so we can put it into your schedule
  • A client wants to see my CV. Well. They can’t. You are legally employed by GYH. Your private information is not something they are privy to. In a similar light to it not being suitable getting the CV of a plumber who visits their home, it is not appropriate. Tell them to contact head office.
